Julie began her career as an account executive and copywriter for a regional advertising agency, followed by leadership roles in marketing, editorial, creative and communications for an entertainment association, a national corporate travel management company and a global Fortune 100 financial services firm.

Susan is a marketing professional with over 25 years of experience spanning the travel, meetings, natural food, real estate, supply chain management and financial services industries. After serving in client management roles at several Boston-area direct marketing and advertising agencies, she managed acquisition, retention and branding programs – in both business-to-business and consumer channels – for a Fortune 100 firm with meetings and events, leisure travel and corporate travel businesses.
Susan has helped organizations shape their value propositions, introduce new products, establish industry credibility, develop a portfolio of evidence-based sales collateral, create website content and negotiate multi-million dollar co-operative marketing deals. In the non-profit sector, she has also managed public relations initiatives and special events that have generated significant funding for cancer research and treatment initiatives.
Michelle has a love for all things multimedia. During her career, she has produced a wide variety of videos, developed website content, and created presentations for clients in the business travel, government, financial services, healthcare and IT worlds.
Highlights include filming F-15 fighter jets and M1A1 tanks for a defense contractor (without breaking anything), recording open heart surgery (without passing out) for a nationally-renowned cardiovascular specialty hospital, and managing emergency travel communications (during 9/11) for a global business travel organization.
In addition to creating videos and interactive proposal materials for a large government contractor, she has also managed employee communications for a Fortune 100 company, a role that involved staging events, creating presentations, and developing client communications, brochures and newsletters. Additional experience includes producing marketing, educational, and fundraising materials for a leading medical facility, and writing press releases and newsletters for a video production facility with nationally syndicated television programs.
Tracy has deep experience across various industries, including business travel sales, legal services, cable television and publishing. Most recently as a senior marketing manager for a Fortune 100 firm, she developed marketing, sales and bid development materials, and managed a team that created highly customized proposals for large market and global clients.
Her other experience includes: overseeing the publishing program for a large multi-national law firm where she developed web site content, white papers, handbooks, newsletters, and internal newsflashes; serving as a public affairs associate for a mid-sized communication firm where she developed presentations, speeches, product launches/demos, advertisements, newsletters, direct mail pieces and premium items, and planned partnership events for major cable TV networks; and working as an associate editor for a major publishing house.
